The OfficeServ 7000 series are good. If you're talking about the new SCM, then I don't think the UK version is out yet, but it interfaces with 7400's to run the phones.
stsguy, did you decide to become a dealer?
We are an Avaya dealer and picked up Samsung is 2009. I really like the company and product, however most of our clients are choosing an IP Office over the Samsung.
As for ease of programming, IPO hands down.
