Does anyone have any example of how to setup the LCR on the Samsung iDCS100? I would be grateful for any input.

What are you trying to do? Do you have a manuel?
are u trained on the Samsung?
Have a look at the following MMC code
710, 713, 716, 724, 400, 210, 705
710: route one via BT; route two via LCR; route three local
713: route one, no insert; route two LCR insert; route three LCR+std insert
716: same as 713
724: change TGP01 to ## and LCR to 9
400: change Trunk LCR to On
210: change tennants LCR to On
705: change system speed dials to 9...#
