same server upgrade from nt sbs 4.5 server to win2k sbs 2000 server

first of all thanks for the help, I am upgrading a nt sbs 4.5 to a sbs 2000 server i want to use the same server, is there such thing as an upgrade version of sbs 2000, the copy that i have does not let me do an in place upgrade maybe the copy that i have is not an upgrade version is there such thing as an upgrade version of sbs 2000 or i am gonna have to start from scratch my installing the win2k OS from scratch thanks

There is no upgrade, But you can install to another partition and retain your old files....
