I have a year's worth of meetings all on different days, but all have the same topic, all from 1100-1200, in the same room, all with same group of people but there is no pattern to the recurrence of the meetings. For example this week's meeting is Tuesday, next week is Thursday, the week after is Wednesday, etc.
Is there a way to somehow make a recurring meeting (keeping who, what when and where) the same but somehow providing a list of when to Outlook? This way, Outlook generates each individual meeting (like a recurring meeting) and you could then be able to track who can make it for each meting etc, without having to set up each individual meeting and adding the same people to each meeting....
