Hi,

I have a customer who is looking at implementing Salesforce integration with their IPO 500v2 (9.1), but they want to have a link in Salesforce to take them to recorded calls for that specific customer.
Has anyone done this? I have also read a lot of things saying that the screen pops don't work properly with newer browsers. Is it as difficult to implement as it sounds or is it generally quite easy? Are there any other programs similar to Salesforce that work better with the IPO?

Thanks

The screen pops are terrible.

You sound like you're in IPOCC country.

Xima would do a great job of recording and play back, either inline on a trunk or as a service on a server. Xima has screen pops to on their agent application.

Yeah thanks. They have committed to Salesforce already and I am just worried about the reliability of the screen pop function as it would be fairly crucial even before adding the recording links on top. Might have to re think this one
