Safe search in images.google.com with ISA

Does anyone know how to automatically append the text "&safe=strict" to every images.google.com request made through an ISA server. I am responsible for looking after 77 primary schools and the Google images is an excellent resource for the children but we want to prevent them from seeing images they shouldn't see! I could go and configure the 6000 odd PC's but as they are spread out over a 60 mile area it seems a bit of a long winded way of approaching something that I should be able to fix from the 'source' of all the webpages, the ISA server!

Any ideas?!
