I connect directly to the service port but still getting an error logging into the web interface. I also tried telnet on port 80 but failed to connect. With my two servers only the standby server which I can access the web browser. I performed system interchange but still no good result.
After the interchange, did the problem remain to the same server?
Try powering off the server and power on again. I have seen this before and sometimes this fixes the problem. If not, try re-formating the harddrive and install the software from scratch. If that does not solve the problem, replace the server.
