S8500

I have an S8500 with C360 configured with the addresses of S8500= 198.152.254.241
C360 = 198.152.254.240
UPS = 198.152.254.239

I have the S8500 configured to be the DHCP and the IPSI is not getting an address. It is a Multi-Connect 4.0

Also I am unable to login to the CM portion through putty. I can login to the shell but when I type "autosat" I get access denied. I also loaded the latest ASA 4.0 and made a profile to connect and it is not allowing me access. I created a login via web interface Administrator Accounts tab. I can use dadmin login and password I created and access via putty but not to CM.

Any suggestions?
