I would like to program a key to send a hunt group and/or the attendant 1 console, to an auto attenadant - during business hours. I am trying to send xXXXX (attendant 1, only have 1) or my hunt group to my vm auto attend day greeting by programming a button to do so. Make sense? Any ideas?

Thanks for the info. However, I think that I have all recommended in place. NightService works fine. - NS button on only one console, hunt groups, with coverage paths. Trying to send callers, during the day, to another hunt group so callers get, "...everyone is busy...spell by name or leave a message...

yes, hunt-ns button works independently from system night service.

If you receive calls to your attendant group via hunt-group you can use hunt-ns button to send hunt-group calls to a different auto attendant than your system night service.

Okay. I placed a hunt-ns button on console, but can not get it to work - re route calls to Attendant 1 to HG 1. I press my hunt ns button, it lights up but calls still ring through to console. If I do a "status att 1" should i not see a change in status

change hunt 1 and give it a night dest of the new auto attendant mailbox
