What is the best sw to convert word doc. to PDF?
And to convert a pool of .jpeg image in to PDF document?

What tools do you have at your disposal? The Acrobat products will allow you to both tasks very easily.

I have only Acrobat Reader 6.0........

You need the full version of Acrobat to convert anything to PDF's (tho there are some utilities outthere that will do the trick, but believe they place watermarks in the document)
