Hi,

I can login and see the machine names without any issues using Remote Web Workplace externally. However, when I try to connect to any machines I get the error: "VBscript Remote Desktop Disconnected: The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your connection. Please try connecting again later. If the problem continues contact your administartor"

I can connect to them internally ( without any problems.

I have verified that ports 443 and 4125 are open on the router.

Any ideas?

Thanks

What type of machines are you trying to connect to 2000,XP,2003 server? Not all OSes are capable of supporting the server-side of Remote Desktop

It's a 2003 server and we used to be able to connect externally to it.

Did you recently upgrade to SP1 and turn on the Windows Firewall?

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark

No I did not. We did have a public IP address change. I was not the one who initially set up the certificate; however, since I can login successfully and see my machines in the list, I am not suspecting a certificate issue, am I wrong?
