Hi,
A quick question if possible...
We have users setup with mailboxes. Some of these users change surname so out IT Support teams rename their AD accounts to reflect their new surname. We are running Exchange 2003 SP1 and I was under the impression that if the surname is changed on the account, then the RUS should automatically stamp the new SMTP address to the account. It doesn't do this and instead we have to manually run System Manager and update the RUS. I have tested this by renaming an account and leaving it overnight. Our RUS is set to run every hour....
Any ideas why it doesn't stamp the SMTP automatically?
