Runtime error '50003' occur when colleage open my exe file

have to work out a VB programs with colleages, after I compile and generate the exe file, when they open it, error like: Runtime error '50003' unexpected error occur,

is it because varies dll & setup cause that, how to guarantee we both can run the exe file created by others?
