Runtime Error 500003

Dear All,
I have written an application in VB6 and I am using Crystal 9 as the reporting tool. The application works well on a number of machines but on of my clients is recieving a runtime error 500003 on a particular machine.

I also noted that on this machine a payroll system is installed, also using Crystal. When our system was installed on the system, the client said that other application reports also mulfunctioned but after a reinstall they work ok, leaving my application still with the same problem.

Can anyone help he in this?

Where do you think the problem lies as on my development environment and on other machines on the site the application works well

all machine that are not working that's where the problem is
if it works on your and not on the other, they might be a dll problem on those machine

Have you looked into any service packs or hotfixes applied to the various machines? I had a case where two different machines both with Crystal Reports 9 Advanced and RAS 9 Advanced exhibited very different behaviors, with the only difference being the service packs applied to one of them (the bad machine, in fact!).
