Runtime Error 13 in Form_Initialize

Does anyone have any idea how to determine the cause of this error. The really is no code in Form_Initialize. Just an On Error statement and then the error handling section which just has a display of err.number and err.description.

Thanks for the help.. problem lay in one of the controls used by the form.
