Running Very Slow

Is it a hardware issue?
A band width issue?
Client issue?
What do your logs say? How close are you to capacity? What size your the mail boxes?
Off course exchange runs slow it has no legs
If you can provide a tad more info (see above and what have you done so far?) we can commence troubleshooting.
