Hi,
I have 2 fields and I just want to add a field in the design query (cumulative sales) to sum the current and previous records of field "Sales":

e.g.

Merchant Sales Cumulative Sales
234 100 100
687 50 150
156 200 350

Any help on this would be great.

Thanks
Ricky

How are the records ordered ?
How do you know that Merchant 687 is below 234 and above 156 ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

Sorry the previous example wasnt so clear, but actually the records are ordered in descending order on sales. ( I do not want to sort records by merchant as using the sales field for ranking) Thanks.

eg.
Merchant Sales Cumulative Sales
234 200 350
156 100 100
687 50 150
