Running perfmon on remote server with other credentials

Can anyone tell me how i run perfmon and add counters on a remote server on the LAN ?

the problem is that the remote machine is not a domain member.

I Tried to right click the mmc shotcut and say "run as" but without succes.

can this be done ?
