Running a VFP7 program from VFP5

Is there away to do this?

If you mean a prg, then maybe, as long as no syntax added since 5 was used. You'd need the prg and compile it from 5.

If you mean an exe, if you include the runtime files, then you shouldn't need any VFP at all.

And if you mean an EXE, make sure you've compiled it in VFP 5. The EXE knows what version of the runtimes it's looking for, and if you compile it in VFP 7, it will look for the VFP 7 runtime files.

So the only way to run a VFP7 prg in VFP5 is as a compiled exe.

I just wanted to be sure.
