Please can someone tell me how to run a Stored Procedure from a job step command.

Thanks

Chris

When you say Job Step Command do you mean a job step in a SQl Server Agent job?
If so just set up the jobstep as type Transact-SQL Script and have the command as
EXECUTE sp-name, ie if your SP name is fred in database pubs

EXECUTE pubs.dbo.fred
