Running a batch file before and after backup

I am currently using Veritas Netbackup (latest version) and need to backup my new KVS Vault (email archiving).

To do this I have written a script to stop the services on the KVS server and put them into a read only state.

Now the problem arrises when I try to get netbackup (GUI) to run the script before backing up the data. How do you do this????

Can anyone help please!
