I run an application that doesnt have a release for x64 processors.

Can I do this?
Are there any performance related issues with doing so?

I just recently installed Windows 2003 32-bit on a bunch of 64-bit AMD opteron servers. Albeit I am not getting the full potential of using a 64-bit OS, it is fully supportable and you shouldn't run into any issues

thanks,

I figured the only thing I would loose is the benefit of the x64 processors.
