RunAs HELP NEEDED...

How would I initiate a RUNAS command that would let users login to their account, then have the RUNAS command run "nbtstat -R", keeping in mind they cannot have admin privs, only user privs....

(my coding/scripting/batching needs improvement, and IS improving daily, but it is just nice to have somewhere to start from... im more of a "reverse-engineering" type of guy, I can interpret code, but have trouble writing it properly... gotta be a left brain/right brain thingy)

thnx for the quick reply TonHu, but i was hoping to use a solution that isnt reliant on 3rd party software (security purposes), what are my other options?
