Run two instances of the same program

Does anyone know how to run two instances of the same program? I have a need to run two copies of the same program because I need to do compares of two images but can only open one at at time.

Think it depends on the program (ie, just try to start 2 instances - some will some won't)

This program won't. Thats why I was looking for a way to start it up in a seperate memory space. I was hoping someone knew a tweak I could use.
