Run time Error

I have a report in access which when close using the X button a procedure runs and make another form visible. The problem comes into play when the users performs a file exit procedure from the tool bar while the report is still active...an error message pops up stating run time error 2147352567(80020009):
DTpicker returned an error:an error occurred in a call to the windows date and time picker controls...Does anyone knows how to stop the error message??
