Run Time error '372' problems

The error message reads:

Run-time error '372'
"Failed to load control 'ImageList' from mscomctl.ocx. Your version of mscomctl.ocx may be outdated. Make ...."

It appears somehow upon loading new software this file has changed. We are running on Windows 95, 98 and 2000 with SQL Server 2000. We do not seem to receive the error under 2000 os but coping the file to the target directory of the machine having the problem does not solve the problem.

Would appreciate any help.

1. Unregister the ocx.
2. Make sure you have all of the dependent files on the machine having the problems, and their dependent files.
3. Copy over the version of the control that you are trying to use.
4. Register the ocx
