Run code when ListView scrollbar changes

Hi, I want to run some code when the user changes a ListView scrollbar. I tried this page

but had some problems with error 91 Object variable or With block variable not set trying to hook the window.

Is there an easier way to pick up scrollbar events from a regular comctl32 ListView, like <scrollbar>_Change?

I can't figure out why I got the 91-errors...
