I have an app I want to run at the following days/times:

1.only on weekdays
2. only between 8:50am-3:30pm
3. at 15 minute increments

So, Mon-Fri it would run at:
8:50,9:05,9:20...

When it is not running -- I want to use a minimal amt of cpu obviously.

Thanks for your input.

Dave

I'd be inclined to use create this as a service and use a timer, with an XML (or other) file to set the launch times so they can easily be changed.

Easy enough - I had a big fancy solution in mind -- but scheduler works for me!

Thanks.

The point is the same. Windows Task Scheduler.
Schedule the first and add a Timer to tick after 15mins. You do know how many ticks there will be, so after the last the app closes. Have a look also at the backgroundworker (framework 2.0).
Maybe this fits you too.. i dont know, i havent used it
