I want to run a program as administrator permanently, when logged in as a user.
I have gone to the shortcut, advanced, run with different credentials, set as admin. But every time I open the application it wants the admin password. I want it to save the password and not ask again just open and run the app.

Cheers

I am not 100% sure, but I would say this is probably not possible. PRIMARY REASON: Major security risk! Imagine if someone else was to use your PC? You say it can't happen? You are being naive. I have thought about trying to do something similar in the past....and after much trial and error realized if someone was to log onto my machine and use it....WOW! So much for my security! Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. (Albert Einstein)

Good old Microsoft!

Point taken about security,
but surley if i am wanting to give permissions to a User to use an application that must be run as Administrator, then as a system administrator should i not aleast be given the choice of allowing that?
As it is only an application!

But what the hell it's Friday!
