It may not be fool proof, but you can setup a rule to move mail that has the word "opened" and/or "deleted" in either the Subject line or the Message body. I would make a rule that has both Subject line and Message body, but you may still get mail from time to time that gets moved to the folder when it should not be moved. The chances are slim that you would get valid mail that has "opened" or "deleted" in both the Subject and the Message, but it could happen.
