Rules in Exchange 2003/Outlook/OWA

OK, i know there is something like a 10K limit on rules in Exch 2k3, but i dont have any what so ever, and i get a file size exceeded error everytime i need to make a new rule, the rule is simple, if email sent to helpdesk@domain.com forward to "HelpDesk" Folder under my inbox, nothing else.

anyone know what could be wrong?

Limit is size not quantity of rules. Could be a corruption in the rules set. Get mdbvu32 and remove all rules from your mailbox. You'll find them in there under NON_IPM_SUBTREE. The word doc that accompanies the app says it better than I can.
