LAN 2 is dictated access for the SIP trunk. The is a Adtran onsite that on the no firewall direct access to ISP and PBX
SIP trunk 30 licenses (trunk access)
Computer Associate E IVR with 4 SIP endpoint connections

Issue
The E IVR is used for cold calling. It runs for 4 hours 3 X a week.
While these calls are made on occasion a RTP stream will not always break down. I can see the RTP live session constantly counting up in monitor app. SSA will show in resource a VCM channels in use that match the RTP stream. This is confirmed while the PBX is at idle. The SIP trunks show all ports as idle when not in use. When the issue is noted there are SIP trunk channels that cannot be used until a reboot of the IPO. Then all RTP sessions are reset and the counter starts again to 0. All calls are made through the SIP trunk. All users on site do not create the issue. If the IVR is not running the issue is not replicated.

RTP STREAM
Monitor info shows RTP stream as the source destination is IPO LAN 2 the Destination IP address is the Provider Adtran.

Im looking for a clear way to reference the RTP traffic to a call. The provider is looking for traces and a # CID to reference. I cannot for the life of me figure how to reference the RTP session to a call example. SIP traces are running and I looked through the logs but I cannot figure a was to link the two

Ideas please????? Solution even better

What has been done
VCM cards replaced
Codac has been locked down g711mu
IPO upgraded to the latest rel of 8.0
Control unit has been considered to be replaced but I would like to confirm some way on the issue

Sounds like an issiue with the call Clearing...

The only way i think, to refference the RTP to a session, is to Mirror the Lan port and trace the traffic with Wireshark or if you have Omnipeak (easyer to read).

Someone else an idear?
