Hi there,


not sure where to post this... We are running CM 2 and CMS R12. Our client wanted us to install the Real Time Adherence report from Geotel. And now that he is asking which version it is, I'm lost.
Does anyone know how to check that?

Is this part of a Cisco ICM install? You need to know which version of ICM PIM you are using. Maybe 5.05. Best to check with the supplier

That report is stored on our CMS server but yes, it is accessed by an ICM application. The thing is that we don't have the hand on this one.
