RPC service disabled, can't view properties

I somehow managed to disable the RPC service (I don't recommend doing this, by the way). Among other things, I now can't view the properties for this service to restart it.

When I right-click and select properties, I don't see the properties window, but if I try to close the services window, I get a warning to close the properties window first.

Any idea how I can restart RPC?
