I have one employee who accesses her email from out Exchange 2003 server using RPC over HTTP. She claims that some of her emails don't show up in her Inbox for several hours though I'm not seeing any signs of that from my users within the office. Any thoughts?
In theory it shouldn't be possible unless something is dropping the connection periodically. If she is based in the office you could try turning cached mode off and then see if the problem persists.
