RPC over HTTP Calendaring Issue

Exchange 2003/Windows 2003 Server/Outlook 2003

I have users over seas that are configured rpc/https. Everything seems to work fine except they can not share their calendars with us here in the states because in the left panel in their outlook2k3 there is not a link for sharing calendars. I am confused on this. I configured in house and it works fine here so it is from outside only. any suggestion or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

There should be the same options in Outlook as that is the untouched client. Are you sure they are not using OWA? (You'd be surprised)

yes i am sure. they are connecting rpc/https. it is very strange but the share my calendar and open a shared calendar link is not there under the calendar tab. I have searched to high heavens and cannot find anything on this issue.
