You have the blaster virus.

hi kaushal,

you have the blaster worm. it won't cause any damage to ur system. but the same problem happen again and again. so remove this worm.

1. Press ctl alt del. end the process named msblaster.exe

2. open registry editor and search "msblaster.exe". delete the entry containing that.

3. remove the file msblaster.exe from windows\system directory.

This is not the Blaster Worm for sure, there are many varients of the Blaster Worm that it could be.

When you connect to the internet and you get the error regarding RPC quickly click on start > Then Run > type shutdown -a and click ok. This will stop your system from shutting down.

Now go to and run the free virus checker. This will let you know what worm/virus you have on your machine and will attempt to fix it.

If it could not be fixed by using the virus checker then take a note of the virus/worm name and go to and type in the name for removal instructions.
