I run the winzip self-extractor file of GoBack, when it gets near the end an error message pops saying exactly:

Zip damaged: file
C:\DOCUME~1\Chandra\LOCALS~1\Temp\WZSE0.TMP\System\GBMenu31.bmp: Bad CRC 267ece95 (should be eec6472d). Possible cause: File transfer error.

I don't know what to do, i use win xp, can anyone help???

You need to download the zip file again.
