How can I reroute 11 digit calls to another number?

What is the number you wish to reroute? Is it a number you dial from your PBX or is it a number coming into your PBX?

attempting to re dirrect 1877-886-3886 to an acd 6200 that i have ncfw to a local number... what do you think

check your IDC table (LD 49) for 3886 and change the ICDT to 6200.

this appears to be for incomming digits only, i am trying to keep users from dialing this number, and redirrect it to another contracted number. wdyt?

In you NET data can't you just delete all digits when the above listed number is dialled then insert 6200. This will mean any person within your PABX if they dial the above listed number they will actually dial 6200. Hope this helps?

oh....I see. Well this is one way. First, in LD 86, build a DGT which will delete 8863886 and insert 6200. Then in LD 90, make a change to you 1877 entry (assuming it is programmed as an NPA; 1877) by responding to the SDRR prompt with LDID. At the DMI prompt, enter in the DGT # you created. At the LDID prompt, enter in 8863886. Then build your ACD queue 6200 with the NCFW prompt defined with the number you want this call to go to.

thank you this did the trick, a little modification and were up and running. in the dmi table i just deleted 11 and inserted the whole number removing the acd out of the string.. thank again

yeah....I thought of that on my way home last nite. Glad to hear it worked out.
