Hi All,

I'm working on a system where they're using a PRI and I've created an Incoming call route to recognize the last 4 incoming digits like so:

Incoming number: 2xxx
Destination: .

Calls are routed properly to the 4 digit extension.

I also created an ICR for 2700 like this:

Incoming number: 2700
Destination: AAmain

This doesn't work. I created a system short code to point 2700 to AAmain, but this removes the fallback provided with an ICR. Is there a way to route calls from 2700 to the AA using an ICR?

Thanks!

you might need to make it AA:main
if that doesnt work use a shortcode. Make a short code

*90
Voicemail Node
Main

Then in the destination field put *90.

All of this is of course if you are using voicemail pro.

Move your AAMain to "Modules" (lower left of VM Pro window). In your destination field for ICR, use "VM:AAMain". That will send all calls to Module AAMain.

Take it a step furthur, add a Hunt Group "AAMain". Now if the voicemail is not working, calls will fail to the Hunt Group "AAMain".

Try it out, works great.
