Hi all

I understand that we can control outound calls through RLI but not sure how it works for inbound calls? For example if I set RLI 2 for SPN 1866 and assign local route PRI circuit in entry 0 and call comes in from this 1886 number is controlled by ATT to be terminated on their Long Distance circuit. Then which circuits is the call terminated on?

Since we can not control incoming traffic due to finite number of T1 incoming channels, setting up multiple entries would not help in case of overflow, correct?

So can RLI can be used for incoming calls or just outgoing?

Thanks for all the answer.

Rli's determines out bound route and requirements to access those routes according to what is dialed.

RLI's have nothing to do with incoming calls. To manipulate digits on incoming calls go to ld 49 IDC tables.

Thank you so much for your response. That's exactly what I'd like to know. Always, this forum is the way to go.
