I have a problem with a small network of roughly 80 users, almost no topology left behind for me to work off of :(

The network comprised of 2 servers which did various functions, one *nix box and one windows 2003 box.
It was divided into two segments 168.1.x and 168.2.x each manged seperately.
This was done through two switches not connected.

Now's like to basically centralize the entire network through the single windows box.
I connected the two switches directly, but my internet connectivity went out the window so..

I've managed to connect the second lost switch onto the Windows server so that I can communicate with the .1.x segment.

So have I have my windows server with AD connected through two diffrent NICs onto the two networks
The problem is there's not interconnectivity, the .1 and .2 segments can't see each other. So a client on the .1 segment can't send a printjob to a printer on .2

I know I can solve this by using a hardware router..
But isnt it possible to achieve this interconnectivity via the Windows box?
