Router Linux + Windows XP VPN Server

I have a Linux Server connected directly to the Internet and a client with Windows XP where i have been installed a VPN Server. I want to enable incoming connection to vpn Server from Internet outside Linux Server. My question is:
How can I setup iptables to forward extern internet traffic to VPN Server?
