Router Crash

Can anyone make any sense of this? I reset my 1605 and reloaded the IOS after the router crashed a couple of days ago. Everything is fine but once I'm finished the config
And try to bring it back up I get (below):

I'm new to all this - I have re-tried numerous times and keep having the same problem. Can anyone help?
