That really depends on what kind of router you have. If you're on a Cisco router, go into config mode by typing config t and once you're in there delete the line by re-typing it with a no in front of it.
For example, you have a line like this: username joeblow password 0 secretpw
You'd remove it by typing this (at the config prompt): no username joeblow
Don't forget to end to leave config mode and wr to write the config to the router. Marc Creviere
