Route-to attendant vector

I'm trying to take pressure of our reception by filtering out unnecessary calls. I have set up a test vector which gives callers 3 choices: 1 sends customer calls to call cantre; 2 captures the 5 digit extension no and routes the call to it; 3 passes the call to the receptionist. As the calls to her soft console are through an attd-vector, I can't use commands like "collect digit" in it so I want to pass the calls through the test vector first and for option three "goto" the attd-vector. First 2 options are fine, but while option 3 is sending the call to the soft console ok I cannot hear the receptionist speak and she cannot hear me. Am I doing something wrong or is there a restriction?

As an update, I have realised that this may be a Tenant issue. Reception is in a site which is Tenant 2. We have closed reception at Tenent 1 and I'm trying to route calls from T1 reception to the T2 attendant vector. The test vector works fine when I call the T1 reception number, but option 3 doesn't work when I call the T2 reception number. The call connects ok, but neither party can hear the other.

This may help identify the issue.

Do 'list trace station xxxx' on your station when you call the test vector. Or do a 'list trace attendant xxxx' when the call routes to the attendant.

Thanks,
CJH

ch tenant 1 and 2 and give them permission to talk to each other on page 2

Thanks for the replies guys. The list trace on my station when I dial the attendant gives:
14:05:11 active station 27962 cid 0x18d4

so as you can see it connects to the attendant ok, but we can't hear each other. Same thing when I list trace attendant:

I checked both Tenant set-ups and they have calling permission for each other. While I was there, I also made my site (tenant 1) a member of Attendant Group 2, same as Tenant 2, and gave them both the same Attendant Vectoring VDN. Still can't hear each other. Station to station and agent between both sites is fine, it's just for the attendant that I get silence!!

Drop call codec mismatch

Check your codecs, they should be the same at both ends..

Codec set in Ip-Network-Region for both is set to 1, which is G.711A. I'm going to try changing both to 2 which is G.729A as I've read a few posts which suggest 711A might be a problem. Have to wait til after the holidays now tho!

Tried changing codec set for both ip-network-regions to 2. Still can't hear each other over attendant calls :-(
