Hey Guys,
The unit is an m7310 and I was asked for this feature. If the person is out of the office they want a button so when they click on it, the incoming calls go directly to voicemail. I found that feature *984 does this, so I figured I could just program it onto a button, but this feature it says is 'inactive'.
My questions
1) can I make it active - or does it depend on phone system supporting it.
2) Is there another way of doing this? If so how.
