I'm trying to route an incoming call on Definity G3V8 out on an ISDN trunk to a tandem switch to have that switch route the call off site. Anyone know how this can be done?

Is the call you whish to move off net going to the same extension all the time? If so on the trunk group form find the page below and do a drop and insert with the number you want it to go to.

INCOMING CALL HANDLING TREATMENT
Service/ Called Called Del Insert Per Call Night
Feature Len Number CPN/BN Serv
public-ntwrk 4 8

The above example is inserting a 8 before the 4 digit extension supplied by the telco. You would delete all and insert 9,1-NPA-NXX-XXXX.

Give it a try

Is this done on the inbound trunk or outbound?
