I am displaying a percentage on a report. However, the outcome shows up as 33.333337 etc. How do I round off the result to just show 33! I have tried formatting the cell properties to 0 decimal places from within the query and report but it is still showing up the same. Help, again!

Leave the query alone...
In the report did you try to Format the result in the Control source.
Shut off all other properties that you changed so they are the default.
Put this in the control source:
=Format(YourPercent,"###.")

also the "Int" function (Convert to an Integer) will truncate any decimals but it won't round up or down.

=Int(YourPercent)

DougP
dposton@universal1.com

Ask me how Bar-codes can help you be more productive.

I did, the result was that I got the error message #Name!
