rounded rectangle in form...... How?

Place a Shape object on your form, make it the size you want. (It will start out a rectagle.) Then, under the Layout Tab in the properties box, change the Curvature value until you get the amount of "Curvature" until you get the desired effect. If you plan to put something inside the box, you may want to set it's "BackStyle" propert to Transparent as well.
